Holly Knowlton
ABOUT ME:
I am married and have 3 kids. I am in the Air Force and have been serving in the military for 15 years. I love spending time with my family and am an avid reader. On my free weekends, you’ll often find me exploring new places with my family or playing intramural sports with friends.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
My coaching philosophy is to cultivate confident athletes. I do this by instilling a sense of self-belief and fostering an environment where they feel empowered to perform. I believe in process-oriented coaching. I prioritize player development over win-loss records in the belief this paves the way to lasting success. As a coach, I instill in my athletes the principle of mutual regard. It’s essential for me that we uphold respect for opponents, officials, and teammates alike. I strive to kindle deep love for the sport in my athletes. My philosophy involves nurturing an environment that encourages passion and enthusiasm as I do for the game.
